THE CARAVAN HAS 3 SEPARATE BEDROOMS ONE DOUBLE AND TWO TWIN BEDROOMS. THERE IS ALSO A PUT ME UP
BED IN THE LOUNGE THAT CAN SLEEP 2 MORE,SLEEPING 8 IN TOTAL. CARAVAN FACILITIES INCLUDE COOKER, TOASTER, TOILET, TELEVISION,
SHOWER , IRON/BOARD, GAS FIRE, BEDDING PROVIDED, FRIDGE, PATIO SET ON VERANDAH, MICROWAVE, ELECTRIC WALL HEATING SYSTEM, DVD
PLAYER, CUTULREY ,PLATES ETC PROVIDED PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A LUXURY CARAVAN BRAND NEW LAST YEAR. AS SO IT NEEDS TO BE TREATED
WITH RESPECT.

By Road / Train
Waterside caravan park is approximately 3 miles from Skegness Train Station.
From A1/M Northbound take the Junction to Lincoln (A46) Heading towards Skegness (A158).
At Skegness, take the A52 towards Mablethorpe. Ingoldmells is signposted from Skegness.

Leisure Park is large quiet family park set in 100 acre landscaped grounds an ideal place to have your holiday.It is situated
only 100 metres from the beach and Fantasy island complex is only 5 mins walk away.
There are some excellent features
on waterside park including a BBQ area, two large fishing lakes which are well stocked, the smaller lake is a Carp lake with
some quite large fish. The larger lake is well designed and contains Perch,Rudd,Gudeon and Roach. Daily fishing permits are
available from site office.There is a well stocked shop on site which is open early morning till late evening where you can
buy your daily needs.
From the site you also have access to a large boating lake that provides paddle boats, there
is also a large childrens play area which includes large slide,go karting,crazy golf, cafe and other amusments/entertainment.
FANTASY ISLAND.... ( Entrance charge is free ) to this multi award winning family attraction. it contains a large
outdoor market, indoor market, bars, funfair,plus Scallywags showbar (evening entertainment provided). Visitor pay for individual
rides on the funfair prices start from as little as 50p. The Magical World of Fantasy Island is a must see experience. The
